Why Muslims Hate Christians

The following is a letter that our newspaper received via e-mail.  I felt it was worth posting because it highlights how much of the Muslim world mistakenly ties the sins and woes of America to Christianity and not to the rise of secularism and shift from God-centeredness to self-centeredness.  But it does bring up a couple of good points (though under misguided impressions), such as God not blessing America because of the sin that runs rampant.  Even Christians in America would agree to this.  Read on:

First of all Christians are the most hypocritical and evil hearted people in the world. They feel that they are so righteous and everyone else is destined for hell. And everything about their religion is about money and entertainment and not about god or Jesus. Jesus himself was against making the religion into a profit making religion, but look at today’s Christians. They are doing everything that the bible says not to do, and they buy and sale Jesus.. And they go around the world killing people in the name of god and Jesus and they call themselves the moral leaders of the world. The American Christians hide behind god and Jesus in order to hide their true intentions which is pure evil. They want to clean up the world , but how can they tell others they need to change when their own backyard is dirty. You people need to clean up your own country , your streets are soaked in blood and drugs. Crime is your biggest industry next to your military , and you have countless homeless people wondering the streets in a country so rich and powerful. But you rather attend to the business of other nations rather than your own , and that is why your country is now falling apart – and it is written in the bible that you preach. God does not bless the wicked , he damns them – So we as Muslims say NOT god bless America but GOD DAMN AMERICA for the evil she has perpetrated in the world in the name of god and Christianity.
